Welcome

Company Overview:

We are driven by our Vision: We stand up for Cape Cod as a for-profit business — the passionate, intelligent, and respected segment of our Cape Cod population called Artists. Together, united, we are the Optimistic Vibe. Set out with UMass/Amherst (thank you Dr. Cliff Robbins), we seek to enhance Cape Cod’s newly designated Cultural Districts (thank you State Representative Sarah Peake and State Senator Dan Wolf) by establishing $23/hour jobs, hundreds of real jobs for ourselves as we very respectfully put the artistic face to every Cultural District across Cape Cod, starting with “Hawaii East” in downtown Hyannis at 337 Main Street.

How are we doing it?

–          iStand Up For Cape Cod is about our creative talents being a creative product that will provide us sustained employment by establishing our own Creative Economy.

–          Enriching the Cape Cod community with our brand, our positive and magnetic vibrancy, our Optimistic Vibe™ as we work with our creative counterparts in Hawaii and artistically turn Hyannis into a major East Coast art destination: “Hawaii East”, our opportunity as a young person on Cape Cod to enjoy our work, our life, and you.

–          Caring for our Seniors, Veterans, Police, Local Businesses, Community Gardens, Schools, and Ecosystem is the best part of our company, and we are as Green as Green can get.

–          Our best feature is that ALL of our profits are recycled by establishing ourselves as UMass/Amherst’s only “Art Business Incubator” for funding the start-up and resources in support of opening creative outlet businesses— established, operated, and managed by local artists in every Cultural District across Cape Cod

Mission:

Continue working with Dr. Cliff Robbins, UMass/Amherst Small Business Development Network:

1. Unify the Cape Cod creative community as one large business.

2. Provide thirty separate and distinct creative outlets that deliver a broad spectrum of local sustained employment.

4. Care for the Creative Economy.

5. Provide our younger members of the creative community employment and purpose so they can stay on Cape Cod and afford to do so.

6. Finance the start-up of creative community-related businesses in each Cultural District across Cape Cod.

7. Give to our community through our many, many programs.
